With three clear cubic zirconia contained within the 14k gold threadless heart top, this is a beautiful piece that is perfect for any piercing placement. The top will shimmer and reflect the light no matter where it is placed. To secure inside bar or base, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin halfway and pushing the top to one side.
