This classic with a twist features Blue Synthetic Opal wrapped in solid gold setting in a heart bezel.  This threadless decorative end is available in 14 karat Yellow Gold and measures 5.1 mm x 5.25 mm.

A threadless stem or post  is also needed in order to use these. (sold separately)
