Return policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
- We take returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.
- Items are eligible for returns ONLY if they are in their original bag and still sealed (see last paragraph below).
- Shipping costs for returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Returns must be sent with tracking and the tracking number emailed to us. No exception. We will not send out replacements until the original item is received and verified.
- Items from "END OF STOCK" line are bought as is and not returnable.
Items that arrived broken.
We will gladly send a replacement! If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit or refund. Please contact us so that we can help fix the issue. Be advised that most "end of stock" items may be the last we have and replacements may not be possible.How do I return my item(s)?
If the items are in their original condition and eligible for a return (see above), then please mail the item(s) back with the following information:- Your first & last name
- Your e-mail address
- Any order information
Once we receive your return we'll issue you a replacement, store credit or refund for the item(s). You will receive an email notifying you once we have received your return.
Please send return items to the shipping address on your package. Contact us if you have disposed of it already.Kindly understand that we cannot take a return once the package has been opened since we cannot guarantee it hasn't been worn. For very obvious hygienic and moral reasons we could not and would not resell that piece. This policy is necessary and in place in order to ensure that every piece we sell is new and unworn. Please check the pieces you ordered before breaking the seal on any bag. We thank you for your understanding.
