Three prong-set cubic zirconia sparkle in this 14k gold cluster that is designed to hug the ear in certain piercings or just stand out in others. Made with a 4mm stone flanked by two 3mm stones, it is a striking piercing top, suitable for a wide array of piercings. To secure inside bar or base, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin halfway and pushing the top to one side.
